Towels and bed linen 
Towels and bed linen are provided. You can use our kitchen (free of charge); tablecloths and dishtowels are provided.
Equipment
The rooms are well equipped. In every room you can separate the double beds and turn them to single beds. The mattresses have standard dimensions (1.95 x 0.80 m).
Please let us know your exigencies when you make formal reservation. At your arrival the rooms can not be changed.
It is forbidden to take the equipment outdoor or relocate furniture inside and outside (it happens unfortunately).
Es ist nicht erlaubt, die Inneneinrichtung nach draußen zu bringen oder die Möbel innen sowie außen umzustellen. (Was leider immer wieder vorkommt.)
Heating
Central heating is at disposal; unfortunately it is very expensive in Italy. An Italian law attests that you can heat max. 12 hours a day just from mid-October to mid-April in order to avoid high costs and pollution
Garden and barbecue
Our staff cares for the garden and the barbecue every day. Dishes, glasses and barbecue are provided; you provide food and carbon.
Animals
Just small animals are allowed. The owner is responsible for damages caused by his animals. He must have everything necessary for them. Animals must not lay on beds, sofas and canvas chairs. Please have your animals on a leash.
Water
Water is drinking water and precious: please do not waste it. Please do not wash your car or fill wading pool.
Children
Two baby cots (without bed linen) and two highchairs are available

Insurance
The prices contain no insurance for cancellation. We advise to effect insurance for the case of a cancellation.
